Dr. Browne graduated from Georgetown
University School of Medicine and completed her internal medicine
residency at New England Deaconess Hospital, Harvard Medical School,
Boston, MA. She completed her clinical and research fellowships in
both medical oncology and infectious diseases at the National Cancer
Institute and National Institute of Health in Bethesda, MD. She is
board certified in internal medicine and medical oncology.
Dr. Browne was an attending physician
at the NCI and subsequently an Assistant Professor of medicine at
Brown University School of Medicine prior to joining New England Hematology/Oncology.
She currently organizes New England Hematology/Oncology's Clinical
Research Program and her interests include breast cancer, lymphoma
and solid tumors.
Dr. Browne lives in Chestnut Hill with
her husband, Dr. Jeffrey Clark, and her two sons. She is an avid sailor,
skier and swimmer.
