NEHOA is pleased to announce that Dr. Susan Tinsley Schumer will be joining the staff in February 2009. Dr. Schumer comes to NEHOA from the Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center. Dr. Schumer graduated from the Tufts University School of Medicine in 1995. She completed her residency and internship at the New England Medical Center and then joined Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in 2000 to complete her fellowship in hematology/oncology. Dr. Schumer has extensive research experience and is widely published. Her clinical interests include breast, thoracic and gynecologic oncology.
